The Challenge
Steve had a website, and it was… well, not very good (sorry Steve!) Steve is an incredible craftsman, with incredible work ethic, owning & operating two businesses while upholding his responsibilities to his family. He didn’t have the time nor the technical expertise to build a powerful, functional website for his Bladesmithing business.

The Solution
We started with an initial discovery & strategy session, came back with an online marketing action plan and got to work. Steve needed a complete revamp of his website with new graphics - stylish & fantasy-like, masculine & strong. To sell his wares, he needed a storefront, which we set up, as well as an online payments system. We designed custom-branded merchandise that his customers could purchase in addition to his swords & knives. We also integrated powerful SEO techniques and strategy into his website so that he would rank very high on Google. Eventually Steve developed a bladesmithing training program that we integrated to his website. We also built Steve a “Google My Business” Profile, and set him up with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, & Facebook Pixel. We optimized his Social Media profiles, including Instagram, Facebook, & YouTube. We even gave him a content strategy for growing his following - which he’s too busy to use! We set him up with both Google Ads and Facebook/Instagram Ads, which he can run if he wants to ramp up his business. Considering how busy he has been, he may not need them!
